Saxena informs everyone that Pralay Jhangirabad becomes insane on seeing red colour. Pralay threatens everyone to speak poetically and takes Manmohan into the bedroom. Pralay confesses his love for Anita and wishes to marry her. Happu is unsuccessful in calming Pralay. Pralay threatens to drown himself along with Manmohan in River Ganga if Anita rejects his proposal. Pralay agrees to let Manmohan have a cup of tea on the condition that Anita will slap Vibhuti.
