Manmohan is shocked to read the news with Vibhuti's photo about a crazy lover, who has murdered his first two wives and now lives in Kanpur with the third one. Manmohan takes Anita to his house. The newspaper's editor pulls up his employee for putting Vibhuti's photo with the criminal's record. Vibhuti is ostracised and wonders why everyone's avoiding him. Anita goes with Manmohan to collect her clothes, and Happu renders Vibhuti unconscious. A distraught Vibhuti hits Saxena insanely.
