The inauguration of ‘Doctor Vibhuti Narayan Clinic’ is well attended. Tillu, Malkhan and Teeka are Vibhuti's first patients. He asks one of them to be disguised as a woman, while the other two hit on him. Tillu, in the guise of a woman, romances Teeka. Teeka's love interest is impressed and tells him that she loves him. Vibhuti's plan works and they promote Vibhuti as the psychiatrist with mouth-to-mouth advertisement. Happu is convinced when he sees Teeka romancing a beautiful girl.
