5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information:

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside, or if you reside outside the United States, in any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
