S2:E23Shi Chan Li requests Fan Xian to investigate the Shijia Town massacre. He Zong Wei visits Fan Xian and kneels before him. He asks Fan Xian to punish him and he will inform Fan Xian if the Censorate does anything in the future. Fan Xian is disgusted with He Zong Wei's attitude.
