Dylan McGrath specially designs dishes to test every hopeful's weaknesses, and they have to prepare them for a selection of Ireland's award-winning chefs, including Derry Clarke, Kevin Thornton, Ross Lewis, Oliver Dunne, Martijn Kajuite and Guillaume Lebrun.
