The tight-knit community of eastside Buffalo, NY is stunned in 1994 when the body of beautician and single mom Cynthia Epps is found stuffed into a cabinet placed in a neighbor's backyard next to a vacant lot cut-through; she had been raped, stabbed and nearly decapitated.
